Spring Updates

That's Bull: Elijah and the Prophets of Wall Street won Best Short Film and The Resolution Pact won Honorable Mention at the 1st Annual Glory Reelz Christian Film Festival in Detroit, MI (May 11-13, 2012). We also received the latest version of Final Draft, a writing software. We want to thank each and everyone of you who have supported us with your prayers, encouraged words, volunteerism, and at times, financially. To the actors and crew. Thank you for giving us a chance.




Independent filmmaker Terrence Davis will conduct a 2.5 hour workshop on Saturday, June 2. 

Place: Francis Burns United Methodist Church  (Lower Level Computer Classroom).

About Terrence Davis
He was a paid-intern at Atlas Media Corporation trained as a Television Production Coordinator and Production Assistant. He handled budgeting, scheduling, booking talent, and production assistant duties. Shows he helped produce include Stalked (Investigation Discovery Channel), Big Sexy (TLC), Hotel Impossible (Travel Channel) and Half-Hour House (Do it Yourself Network). He worked on set as a production assistant on the television series (Stalked), as well as starred in episode 13. He also have experience as a boom operator and
director's assistant. In addition, he directed a short film for a participant in Bad Girls Club on Oxygen Network. The short film was selected as a finalist that resulted in a stipend and a free trip to Los Angeles in June 2011. He also secured a 5 year distribution deal for a documentary he also directed called "South Carolina DrugWars". Available at Amazon.com, Target, Barnes & Nobles and Best Buy.  He attended University of South Carolina with a B.A. in Mass Media Communications, (2010) and New York Institute of Technology M.A. in Digital Filmmaking, (December 2011).


WCP, LLC partners with Columbia Bethlehem Community Center to organize a one week mini-film production camp for youths age 10-14 will be held 9:00am-1:00pm at the Columbia Bethlehem Community Center, July 30, 2012 through August 3, 2012.

Highlights:
  • Facilitators: RJ Foley(Videography & Editing), Ursula Robinson, Director of SC State University Theater Department(Writing & Acting).
  • Hands on experience with I-Phone cameras
  • Youths will work in front of and behind the camera
  • Breakfast and Lunch will be provided. 
  • Red Carpet Event on Friday, August 3 to screen films for family and friends.
