Angel of Mine Shoot

This morning, We Connected Productions, LLC in association with Moving Forward Pictures, filmed the short Angel of Mine.  This short film is in contention for submission to BET's Lens on Talent upcoming season with new host Blair Underwood.  Shaeleigh Person and Max Highsmith captured the essence of their father and daughter characters by bonding over the last week. Shaeleigh's natural ability to memorize her lines and picking up on directing cues will carry her far in the industry. For Max, this was his opportunity to portray a role outside his normal dark characters. Both were a joy to work with, as well as the extras.  Thanks and gratitude for the families of our talent and extras for extending their time with us over the last 10 days. To the crew, Zeb Foulks (camera operator), Ed Cannon (grip), and Paul Cannon (boom operator), it was fun as always, and we've got great projects on the horizon. To my cousin Sandra Washington, you have been a great help during pre-production, and our biggest cheerleader, and we Thank You.  ACS Sound and Lighting, you provide an excellent service to this area, and we are forever grateful for your generosity.

We must now rush into post-production. We have contracted with Tina Meno's Diva-T Music Publishing, a local indie music producer, for a one year licence of a dance/techno song entitled All, written by Jamie Corrigan and Chris Clements and performed by Holly Taymar. We have also contracted with Bryton Entertainment, LLC, a Augusta, GA Christian production company, for our editing needs. We are excited to collaborate with area artists in the faith and will keep the momentum going as additional projects come our way.
