The speaker for the evening was sales trainer Walker McKay from Sandler Training. A few questions he asked to start off the presentation was: Can you sell your service/product at a reasonable profit margin? Hire the right people? Don't go into sales if you have a high need of approval or to get your emotional needs met. If you have 100 names and phone numbers you will get less than 5 sales.
