We Connected Productions, LLC donated money a few months ago to the production of the independent film The Last Fall by writer/director and former NFL player, Matthew Cherry. The inspirational storyline tells a semi-autobiographical story of a pro athlete and life after a short NFL career. The movie stars House of Payne's Lance Gross and SC native Nicole Beharie(American Violet).
This film will be shown in theaters soon. It was made possible by many people giving small amounts to make this project into fruition outside of the traditional Hollywood Studio system.
